The Prince Llewelyn in Aberffraw is open all year round except Christmas.

2019 ROOM PRICES
Our rates are as follows (per room per night) and include breakfast;
FIRST FLOOR ROOMS
Room 1 (Twin en suite): £85
Room 2 (Twin en suite): £90
Room 3 (Single with private bathroom): £50
Room 4 (Super king en suite): £90
Room 5 (Twin en suite): £85
SECOND FLOOR ROOMS
Room 6 (Double en suite): £85
Room 7 (Twin/family en suite): £85
Room 8 (King/family with private bathroom): £80
We do offer a single occupancy rate in a twin room if required (rooms 1, 5 & 7 at £65 per night and room 2 at £70 per night)
The full room rate will be charged if staying in a twin room on a single occupancy rate and both of the beds are used
There is no discounted rate for single occupancy in rooms 4, 6 & 8.
There is a supplement of £30 per additional guest in the family rooms (7 & 8).
Room 7 – Maximum of 1 additional child (aged 5 to 15) or 1 additional adult (aged 16+)
Room 8 – Maximum of 2 additional children (aged 5 to 15) or 1 additional adult (aged 16+)
We are unable to accept children under 5 years of age or any pets
All prices are inclusive of breakfast
Breakfast is served between 7.30am & 9am in the Dining Room
Rooms available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure

The Prince Llewelyn Booking Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total booking price is due at the time of booking (please note that when booking online, a full prepayment is taken).
If cancelled up to 1 month prior to arrival date, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking (this applies to future bookings made within 12 months from the original arrival date only).
If cancelled between 1 month and 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given and no transfer of the booking will be allowed.
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival or in the case of a no-show, any balance due will be charged (details of the card used for payment of the deposit will be retained for the above purposes).
If the booking was made online and paid via PayPal, and any refund is due, this will also be made via PayPal)

An additional charge will be made for any damage caused to the rooms or anywhere else in the building during your stay. This includes extra laundry costs where required, for soiled beds and extra cleaning charges for excessively messy rooms (e.g. mud/food trodden into the carpet, spillages etc.)
The full room rate will be charged if staying in a twin room on the single occupancy rate and both of the beds are used.
There will be an additional charge made for any items taken off site and not returned eg: Bathrobes, soft furnishings, electrical goods etc. The charge incurred will be relative to the item(s) removed.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to any items belonging to our guests. All items remain your responsibility at all times.
There will be a £10.00 charge for the loss/non-return of room keys (per room).
We have a strictly NO SMOKING policy. To comply with fire regulations, anyone found to be or have been smoking in the building will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

On the 25th May 2018, the General Date Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force. These regulations replace the Data Protection Act (DPA) and are there to regulate the way we collect, handle and store personal data. Note that they apply to personal data on you as customers.

What information we collect about you
When you make a booking with us we collect the names of all of the guests who will be staying, email address and telephone number of the person making the booking. We also collect a debit or credit card number to take the required payment at the time of booking. When booking online, address details are also taken, and a full prepayment is made. When booking online, we receive no debit or credit card information from the 3rd party booking system, Freetobook.
How we use the information we hold on you
We will use your email address to send you confirmation of the booking once the required payment has been taken. After your stay you will receive an automatic follow up email from our third party booking system, Freetobook, (if booked online) asking you for feedback. We also send you an additional email checking everything was ok with your stay and offering you ways to stay in contact with us by social media or email if you choose to do so. We will not use your telephone number to contact you unless it is for an emergency and/or we have been unable to contact you by email. Your email address will never be added to a distribution list, will not be used for marketing purposes by ourselves and will never be passed on to a third party. We will never ask you to subscribe for any marketing preferences or to any newsletter.
How your data is stored
When booking online, all of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us, as part of the booking process, is stored securely on a third party system, Freetobook. Neither we nor Freetobook will share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so. When booking direct with us, any personal information provided is safely and securely stored until securely destroyed by ourselves following your visit.
We do not require your consent to contact you on social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc because you have already accepted the terms and conditions of the platform.
